Payments
We accept payment by bank transfer or deposit into a BBVA account, Bizum through the store platform, and credit or debit card. You can also pay for your purchase in convenient instalments through our financing service. The payment gateway is available at the final step of checkout, where you can choose your preferred method.
Shipping, insurance and delivery times
Our shipments are handled by Zeleris, Correos, Correos Express, UPS or other carriers. All shipments include comprehensive insurance against breakage, loss or similar incidents. Any incident or disagreement with the condition of the product must be recorded on the delivery note; otherwise, it will not be possible to file a claim with the carrier.
Delivery times vary according to product stock and the location of the dispatch warehouse. If your order is urgent, please contact us beforehand to confirm the lead time; otherwise, you will receive updates by email while the order is being processed.
Shipping costs: mainland Spain and Balearic Islands
No additional charges, customs duties or similar fees apply. Prices are indicative because they depend on the type and number of items. The rate includes transport from the manufacturer to our warehouse, handling, packaging and delivery from our warehouse to the customer’s address.
For bulky items delivered to the Balearic Islands, such as bumpers or bodywork parts, please contact us for an accurate estimate, as the store may not calculate it correctly.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
We ship to the Canary Islands. For bulky parcels, please contact us beforehand for a quotation. Shipping is calculated in the cart and requires an account with a delivery address in the area. Any customs charges are payable by the buyer.
We do not ship bulky goods to Ceuta or Melilla.
International shipping
International shipping costs may not be calculated accurately automatically, particularly for large products. Contact us for the applicable rate. Any customs charges are payable by the buyer.
