3. Use of content

Unless expressly authorised by Innocar-Parts.com, the content of this website may not be reproduced, transmitted or exploited in any way.

4. Liability

Innocar-Parts.com endeavours to ensure the accuracy of its content, but the website may contain errors or inaccuracies and its truthfulness, reliability or accuracy is not guaranteed. We also accept no liability for information on third-party websites linked from this site or for damage arising from use of this website.

The user must indemnify Innocar-Parts.com for damage resulting from breach of these terms or unauthorised use of the content. In the event of incorrect information or an incorrect shipment, installation labour and other consequential costs are not covered; where the store is at fault, Innocar-Parts.com will cover transport. Most products are not OEM parts and may require adaptation, legalisation or additional components.

5. Severability

If any provision is or becomes invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it will be ineffective only to that extent and will not affect the remaining provisions.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are interpreted and governed by current Spanish law. As stated in the original text, the activity is subject to Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions; Law 26/1984 on Consumer and User Protection; Royal Decree 1906/1999 on telephone or electronic contracting under general terms; Organic Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection; Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade; Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; and Law 23/2003 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.

Disputes arising from these terms must be resolved before the courts of Valencia, Spain, without prejudice to the right of Innocar-Parts.com to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.

6.1. Returns, lack of conformity and withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from delivery to notify withdrawal and a further 14 calendar days to return the goods once the request has been accepted. Returns are accepted for delivery errors, defects, malfunction or withdrawal where legally applicable. Every return requires prior authorisation and must be requested at [email protected].

Items must be uninstalled and unaltered, with the product, packaging, manuals, warranties and original components in perfect condition. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for customised, specially ordered or exclusively manufactured items, used items, replacement components ordered from the factory for a specific order, items expressly marked as non-returnable, or specifically manufactured or commissioned products, without prejudice to repair or replacement for malfunction where applicable. Innocar Parts may claim compensation for damage to the goods and direct return costs.

The customer bears direct return costs and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Innocar Parts may require the customer to appoint the carrier; if Innocar Parts arranges the return, its cost may differ from the original shipment. Products dispatched from another European Union country must be returned to the origin address provided, even if outside Spain. The customer also bears customs costs for returns from outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Goods must be properly packed and sent by professional carrier, with tracking and signed delivery, within 14 calendar days after acceptance. Installation costs are not refunded. Bodywork parts must be test-fitted before painting or alteration. Missing items, damage or transport breakage must be reported within 24 hours; visible packaging damage must be recorded on the carrier’s delivery note or handheld terminal so that a claim can be processed.

7. Amendments

Innocar-Parts.com reserves the right to change the content of this website at any time and without prior notice.

8. Warranties

The original invoice is essential for any warranty claim. Internal, external or software alteration voids the warranty. Sales to professionals carry a one-year warranty. Products intended for track or motorsport use are not warranted for public-road use, and road-use products are not warranted for track use.

All products carry a manufacturing warranty. Electronic and lighting equipment is covered for one year from delivery; other products are covered for the period specified by their manufacturer, with a minimum of one year according to the original terms. Incorrect installation, misuse, removed seals or alteration are not covered. Where installation is required, an installation invoice from qualified personnel must be provided and installation costs are never reimbursed.

Faults or defects must be reported within 14 calendar days of receipt. Within that period, replacement may be requested where applicable; afterwards, repair or replacement will be offered according to the product. Photographs or videos may be required and a claim will not be accepted without the requested evidence. Where a repair is covered, Innocar Parts will bear collection and redelivery transport to the order address; if the warranty does not apply, the customer bears the processing costs. Outside the European Union or for destinations requiring customs clearance, the recipient bears shipping, duties, fees and taxes. Competition or high-performance products are excluded from the statutory consumer warranty, and personal, health, hygiene or protective items cannot be returned once unsealed or used.

9. Product prices and availability

Prices and availability are valid subject to stock and typographical errors. Displayed prices include VAT; shipping and applicable taxes are calculated on the website. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the final price will be the displayed price but without VAT, and international or special-territory shipments may incur customs costs payable by the recipient.

Orders are processed in order of receipt. In-stock items are normally dispatched within 24–48 hours; without stock, the indicative lead time is 3–7 days, although some items may take 10–15 days or longer, particularly if manufactured or ordered on demand. These times are estimates and are not binding. Because we use internal and external warehouses, real-time stock cannot always be displayed; if an item is urgent, confirm the lead time in advance.

An item marked out of stock is unavailable; the absence of that label on another item does not imply actual stock. Prices may change because of manufacturer price lists or other factors, and placing an order creates no obligation if such a change occurs. If stock runs out, the order may be cancelled after notice and, where possible, a similar alternative will be proposed.

10. Products

Photographs do not form part of a binding contract: they show the type of item and colour or shape may vary according to the product or vehicle. Some suspension kits, oversized brake systems and other components that are not direct original-equipment replacements may require spacers or other additional parts depending on the wheels and vehicle.

Where the listing requests the vehicle registration or technical document, it must be supplied so that the reference can be checked before dispatch. If it is not supplied, the part will be sent without prior verification and later claims concerning incompatibility or an incorrect reference will not be accepted. Many parts and accessories may require additional components or modifications, particularly where they are not direct replacements for the original part.

Advertised spring lowering figures are estimates and depend on the vehicle. Many products have no approval or cannot be legalised for public-road use; advice should be requested in advance if in doubt. Most are not OEM parts and may require adaptation. If information or shipping is incorrect, labour and installation costs are not covered; where the store is at fault, Innocar Parts will cover transport.

11. Payments and shipping

We accept bank transfer, deposit into a BBVA account, and credit or debit card. Purchases can also be financed through Sequra (SEQURA WORLDWIDE, S.A.; +34 931 760 008, [email protected]), through a fully online process available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The service is provided directly by Sequra, a company independent of Innocar-Parts.com, and the order is processed when the finance provider pays the amount. The payment gateway appears at the final checkout step.

Shipments are handled by Zeleris, Correos, Correos Express, UPS or other carriers and include comprehensive insurance against breakage, loss or a similar incident. The outside of the parcel must be checked during an attended delivery and any damage or tampering recorded on the delivery note or handheld terminal; if no paper note is provided, photograph the screen showing the comments, signature and tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates, are not binding and depend on third parties. Missing items, breakage or incidents must be reported to Innocar Parts within 24 hours. If a dispatched order is delayed, contact the carrier using the tracking number; if the issue is not resolved, notify [email protected] immediately to avoid return and its costs. Customs procedures and charges for exports, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are payable by the recipient. Parcels are sent with an invoice or pro forma invoice unless the customer expressly instructs otherwise.

12. Right of admission

Innocar Parts reserves the right to refuse admission, commercial assistance through any channel and acceptance of orders where malpractice is detected.

13. Marketing communications

Information about products, promotions or periodic publications is sent only when the user subscribes to the newsletter. The subscription can later be disabled or cancelled from the customer area or through the unsubscribe mechanism included in the communications.
